Description
In this session, we delved into courageous conversations, boundary setting and managing risks, reflexivity in trauma-informed supervision, and engaged in some role plays that displayed 'bad supervision' and 'good supervision' practices.

Session Objectives - By the end of this session, you will be able to:

1. Describe different ways to approach ‘courageous’ conversations with staff.​
2. Set reasonable, risk-mitigating boundaries with supervisees to promote professionalism, resiliency, and self-care.​
3. Regularly assess your supervision and encourage your supervisees to do the same.​
